Martín (https://martinzaraman.com/) is a a Spanish-born poet and musician who moved to Iceland from Spain in 2005. He's just published Hiel · Sips of Gall, a bilingual poetry book (in Spanish and English), with an accompanying album called Desgarro y Melancolía (Volume I) (https://album.link/MartinZaraman-Hiel-Volumen1) on the Icelandic label Ecos Boreales.
Martín told Darren about his journey to Iceland, how Iceland feeds into his work, and how a (still) secret place in the country helps him find himself.
