Today on RÚV English Radio, this week's WomenTechIceland event with one eye on the future.
A WomenTechIceland (https://www.womentechiceland.com/) fundraising evening will be held this Thursday, 23 October, in the lead-up to the 50th anniversary of the Women’s Day Off. A time capsule will be created, collecting documents, materials, photographs, and other items related to the struggle for gender equality, with an emphasis on the technology sector. All guests will have the opportunity to contribute to the time capsule.
All proceeds will go to WomenTechIceland projects that aim to promote diversity and inclusion in the Icelandic technology sector.
