Episode 710 - KOREAN FILM FESTIVAL ICELAND, BÍÓ PARADÍS

Today on RÚV English Radio, another first in the capital.

The first ever Korean Film Festival Iceland (https://www.kfficeland.is) kicks off tomorrow, 13 November. It hopes to deepen the cultural connection between Iceland and Korea.

All six films show at Reykjavík's gorgeous Bíó Paradís (https://bioparadis.is/), with English subtitles, and Iceland's Friðrik Þór Friðriksson will join as a special guest during the festival.

Darren spoke to Minkyung Kim and Somyeong Im ahead of tomorrow's opening.
