Today, RÚV English Radio is at Sauðaneshús, on the Langanes peninsula in northeast Iceland.
Just north of Þórshöfn, Sauðaneshús (https://www.husmus.is/en/saudaneshus) is the home of the region's folk museum, which tells the story of life in Langanes Peninsula and how its residents have survived and thrived. The space is curated by two Icelandic artists, Starkaður Sigurðarson and Auður Lóa Guðnadóttir, who are the caretakers at Sauðaneshús during the summer as well.
Darren went to Sauðaneshús to meet Starkaður and Auður Lóa.
